Judgement and decision-making
- I'm learning about how we judge situations and make decisions.
- I’m discovering why some strategies are better in different situations, how we think about risks, and how decisions about fairness and right or wrong are made.
- I also learn about nudging. This strategy helps people make better choices by understanding how they think. It doesn’t take away their freedom to choose but gently guides them. Since we’re often influenced by biases, nudging is an effective way to help users avoid poor decisions and improve their experience.

User experience design
- This program gave me a strong understanding of people's needs in relation to products, services, and experiences.
- I learnt to collect and analyse data and turn it into insights that led to new ideas. I developed these ideas into prototypes, where we focused on testing and improving them.
- I learnt to create responsive design. I also explored service design. I learnt to connect brand values, business strategies, and design to create effective user-centred solutions.
- I learnt to focus on finding practical solutions that meet the needs of users, businesses, and society.
- I worked both independently and as part of a team.
- My internship gave me valuable industry experience and allowed me to apply my learnt skills to real projects.

Cultural encounters and middle eastern religions
- This education helped me understand how culture and religion shape how people interact with digital products.
- I learnt about the role of religion in the Middle East, both in the past and present day.
- I took part in discussions about how religion affects people and communities.
- I studied cultural meetings, conflicts, and peace efforts in the region. I also gained knowledge of the religious and political situation in the Middle East.

- I learnt how to create designs that follow and go beyond accessibility rules, making them easier to use.
- I learnt how to design products for people with visual, hearing, cognitive, or mobility challenges using assistive tools.
- I learnt how to set up accessibility programs to keep products usable for everyone.
